KILL device|taskdescription

* KILL lets the handler of a device (name ending in ":") end itself.
  It seems not to work with most handlers. Works with CrossDOS
* It can remove tasks too, but this will likely crash, because it is
  NOT SYSTEMCONFORM ! See  BREAK  for taskdescription.

        kill Exchange
